A growing collection of talks, panels, and workshops I've spoken at. I enjoy sharing what I've learned about building with AI, navigating product work across cultures, and the messy reality of shipping new things. If you're hosting something I might be a fit for, get in touch.
The Ghost in My Mac Mini
CEIBS Alumni International · CAIC AI Study Group
•Shanghai
•May 2026
Keynote at the CAIC AI Study Group, with about 60 attendees from the CEIBS, Berkeley BCAIA, and Shanghai Alumni Network communities. The talk opened with the Moltbook saga of January 2026, when 1.5 million AI agents flooded into a social network built just for them in a single week, and used that as a jumping-off point to share what I've learned running my own personal AI agent on an old Mac Mini. Closing thoughts on what an always-on agent means for individuals, small teams, and a society about to get strange.

Building a Personal AI Agent
Founders Breakfast #281
•Shanghai
•May 2026
A condensed version of the talk for Founders Breakfast, an early-morning meetup for Shanghai founders and operators hosted at The Merchants in Xuhui. Same core experiment with a personal AI agent, reframed for a builder audience asking what this stuff actually means for the way they run their companies.

The 1-Hour Startup
CEIBS Alumni International
•Shanghai
•April 2025
A hands-on workshop with the CEIBS Alumni International community on building a product without code, team, or time. The session walked the room through ideating with AI, sketching a lean canvas, building a working prototype live in v0.dev, and lining up a launch plan, all in roughly an hour. The framing was a strange compressed window in history where solo founders with AI tools can match the output of a small team, and the unfair advantage goes to whoever practices now.
